Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SearchLens SEO reporting software (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the Service. SearchLens is owned and operated as a professional SaaS tool designed for solo freelance SEO operators.

2. Scope of Service & GSC Integration

SearchLens offers reporting services that connect directly to your Google Search Console (GSC) account via OAuth 2.0. By linking your GSC account, you grant SearchLens read-only permissions to query and compute search query metrics and landing page analytics.

We do not modify, delete, or write any data to your Google Search Console account. The API connection is established solely to pull search analytics data to compile reports.

3. User Accounts & Quota Tiers

When creating an account with SearchLens via Supabase, you must provide valid, accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Account usage is governed by the following subscription tiers:

• Free Trial: Entitles you to create exactly one trial client report scan with no credit card required.
• Solo Plan: Entitles you to connect and monitor up to 5 active client properties with unlimited report scans.
• Growth Plan: Entitles you to connect and monitor up to 15 active client properties with unlimited report scans and priority parsing.

4. Fees, Upgrades, & Cancellations

SearchLens services are billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis. All fees are processed securely. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page dashboard, which redirects to our secure customer portal, or by contacting customer support.

Upon cancellation, your premium quota limitations will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, at which point your account limits will revert to the Free tier.

5. Client Portals & Report Revocations

SearchLens allows you to generate public-facing share links (`/report/[token]`) for your clients. As the account owner, you maintain sole responsibility for the distribution of these URLs. You have the ability to revoke any share link instantly from your Reports Archive panel, making the token immediately invalid.

6. Limitation of Liability

SearchLens relies on the Google Search Console API. We are not liable for any service interruptions, API rate limits, or data delays caused directly by Google's infrastructure. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
